- Chew,chew,chew : While munching on those nuts we forget the most essential thing, chewing for a long time. Often we are in such a hurry that we don't chew our food properly. Chewing is a very important part of our digestive process because the saliva contains important digestive enzymes. By chewing food for a long time you can avoid bloating and weight gain.
- Breath right : Surprisingly most of us use only 20% of our lung capacity and that is due to poor posture and high stress. Shallow breaths deprive the brain, blood and cells of oxygen, affects concentration and make you tired. So practice deep breathing for about 15-20 minutes daily.
