How To Beat The Summer Heat

Summers the time we both hate and love. In summer we all love to spend our time on the beach, getting that awesome tan,slurping up a smoothie, etc... But its also crucial that we take care of our body. So here are a few tips that you might wanna follow in order to keep yourself fresh & healthy this season...







Tips:

  • Eat fish and egg whites rather than meat as they generate heat in the body.
  • Those of you with a sweet tooth can go for some custard or kheer. 
  • Eat watermelons,it burns fat, boosts energy and also reduces fatigue.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Always wear sunscreen ( SPF 15 or above) half an hour before stepping into the sun.
  • Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun's harmful UV rays.
