How to choose the right sunglasses

Hey! Wanted to buy a new pair of sunglasses ?? Well before you do, you've gotta read this, atleast look at the pictures!! Buying sunglasses ain't no shopping spree in paradise. Follow these holy rules or you'll just end up buying the wrong pair of sunglasses.

THE HOLY RULES: ( you could just call them tips )

1. Protect your eyes: look for sunglasses that has UVA and UVB protection. The ones with 99% UVB and 95% UVA protection are the best.  Glasses that do not have any protection can be a harm to your eyes. The harmful rays of the sun can cause cataract or even cancer.

2.They come in all shapes and sizes: if you have a round face go for more angular glasses. Round glasses are good for square faces. Here are few popular types of sunglasses:

  • Mirror shades- These sunglasses are very popular this season. They have a mirror coating on the surface. They come in an aviator shape.
  • Aviators- The glasses are in a teardrop shape with a thin frame. They pretty much look cute with any face shape.
  • Tea shades- The glasses are round in shape. They really don't give any sort of protection but they are very fashionable. Not anyone can pull off these sunglasses.
  • Wayfarers- They were popular in 50s and 60s. The glasses are more square in shape. Wayfarers were worn by Audrey Hepburn in the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's.
  • Wraparounds- These are mostly used in sports like skiing, etc.

3. Make sure they fit: Always make sure that the glasses fit you perfectly. They shouldn't squeeze your head and your eyelashes shouldn't touch the lens.

Thank you.
Stay tuned for more !
