Get Ready For The Monsoon

Hello Everyone.


Every season has its pro's and con's. And so does the Monsoon.


We all love playing in the rain and some of us even love the smell of mud after the rain.

But rain can damage your skin & hair texture.

So here are a few tips you could use to enjoy the rain as well as keep your hair & skin protected.

HAIR

  • Massage & condition:
It is always good to massage your scalps as it increases blood flow, leaves your hair nourished and rejuvenated.
After washing your hair, apply conditioner to massage the scalp. This prevents it from tangling & makes it softer and smoother.

Tip - Apply conditioner from your tips to scalp.
My favorites - Wella, Sunsilk & Tresemme.

  • Food for healthy hair:
Eat salmon for shiny hair.
Spinach can keep your hair moisturised.
Cinnamon for blood circulation.


Have eggs for growth.

SKIN

  • Moisturise:
Moisturise your face immediately after you wash it. Applying moisturiser while skin is damp, seals that dampness into the skin. Moisturisers that have petroleum based ingredients will further dry your skin. 
Opt for a oil based or water based moisturiser.
