- Banana: Its a rich source of potassium, manganese, vitamin C and B6. It maintains the elasticity of the skin, prevents agening and acts as a natural moisturizer.
- Orange: Its known for its rich source of vitamin C, folic acid, iodides and iron. It treats dark spots, whitens the skin. It acts as a natural bleacher and toner.
- Strawberry: It contains a high level of vitamin C and manganese. It exfoliates, lightens age spots and freckles, and prevents thinning of hair.
- Avacado: It contains a rich source of vitamin A and E. It gives the skin a natural glow. It can also moisturize and rejuvenate the scalp.
- Apple: It contains vitamin C,A and copper. It tightens the skin. Copper is important for melanin production. Vitamin A decreases dark circles and increases hair growth, it also decreases dandruff.
MAKEUP
- Highlighters with pearl or gold finish are ideal for a more glowing look.
- Apply a foundation mousse when using a highlighter.
- Don't use highlighter on the center of your cheeks, center of your forehead or your entire nose.
- Draw a numerical 3 on your face using your bronzer, which covers your forehead, cheekbones and jaw line and perfectly blends it to obtain a chiseled look.
